- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Apple Topping:
- 3 medium apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Crumble Topping:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour over the cooled crust.
- Prepare the Apple Topping:
- Toss apple slices with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Arrange them evenly over the cheesecake filling.
- Add the Crumble Topping:
- Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and butter with your fingers or a pastry cutter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake the Cheesecake:
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
