Ingredients

Scale

Tropical Sunrise Smoothie:

  • 1 cup (240ml) orange juice
  • ½ cup (120ml) coconut milk
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup (75g) frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Berry Paradise Smoothie:

  • 1 cup (240ml) almond milk
  • 1 cup (150g) mixed frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • ½ cup (120g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup (optional)

Green Island Smoothie:

  • 1 cup (240ml) coconut water
  • 1 cup (60g) spinach leaves
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cup (75g) frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 small kiwi, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
Gather all ingredients and measure them accurately. For frozen fruit, allow it to thaw for a few minutes for smoother blending.

Step 2: Blend Smoothie
In a high-speed blender, combine the liquid base (juice, milk, or water) with fruits, vegetables, and any optional sweeteners or add-ins.

Step 3: Adjust Consistency
Blend on high speed until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of liquid and blend again. For a thicker texture, add a few ice cubes.

Step 4: Serve Immediately
Pour into a glass, garnish with fresh fruit or a sprig of mint, and serve immediately for the freshest flavor.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt with a plant-based alternative like coconut or almond yogurt.
  • Customize sweetness with honey, agave syrup, or dates, or leave it out for a naturally sweet smoothie.
  • Freeze extra smoothie in ice cube trays for a quick base for future blends.
